Why Choose LACO DESIGN AND BUILD LTD If you hire us as the Project Managers, it will save you time, it will save you money, and it will give you peace of mind because you know that your project is being managed efficiently. Our professional project managers make sure that all the relevant checks and permissions are done, that the correct contracts are in place and most importantly that you are not overpaying for goods or services. The project manager will conduct a series of pre-commencement checks and ensure that all of the quotes you have been given are accurate. They will ensure that you have a reasonable contract and payment schedule. They will ensure that a party wall agreement is in place (if necessary) and that the site is compliant with all health and safety standards.

LACO Design and Build can give you the affordable, distinctive and beautiful interior design work you need. Our interior design packages take the stress out of renovating without ruining your budget. We offer a scope of work package and 3 interior design packages – essential, premium and elite. If you are not sure which option is right for you or simply want a bit of advice before you decide, we offer a one hour on-site interior design consultation as well. No matter which package you choose, we will work closely with you to ensure your project is finished to the highest specification
